Vaginal Discharge. Been Having Sex. Why Is This Happening? Pregnant?

I'm 18 years old and I've recently changed my diet, i do have sex, regularly, and I have had the leaking feeling coming out of my vagina. I feel like I'm peeing myself sometimes. Its been happening for a while, a couple months. So I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant, my birth control shot wore off in January and I got my period about 2 weeks ago.. why is this happening?

Hello,
thank you for the query.First of all confirm your self with the following symptoms whether they are associated or not.
-discharge with bad odor
-vaginal itching
-lower abdominal pain
-associated with bleeding
If the above conditions are associated you need to consult your gynecologist as it may be yeast infection and proper course of treatment is needed.
And mostly if there is no other associated symptoms it is normal and nothing to worry.As you are having sex regularly that might be the reason of your discharge.If it bothers you a lot please consult your gynecologist for further advise and proper investigations.
