Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Normally a tailbone injury should not cause vaginal bleeding. There could have been some local trauma with the fall which has caused the bleeding but will have to be confirmed on examination.

If there is bleeding still, see a doctor. She will need to be examined. Also when was her last menses?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Rhea Chanda
