Vaccinated Dog With RANVAC And CANVAC. Injured Leg. Give Nise?

Vet vaccinated my dog with RANVAC and CANVAC 8 DHPPiL, after coming home same day(only 30 mins after vaccination ) dog injured his leg. I called the vet and he said me to give NISE tab 100mg to my dog (only 30 mins after vaccination). Is this ok, will it interfere with immune system and decrease the vaccine action ? What should i do next ? Please help me. Please.
