Endometrial (lining of uterus) thickness of 3 cm is not normal. It could be due to

1.Missed or incomplete abortion
2. Endometrial polyp ( Polyp is abnormal thickening of endometrium which should be removed)
Thick walled irregular right ovarian cystic lesion could be a corpus luteal cyst ( cyct formed after ovulation) which is normal.
