Uterus Has Endometrial Thickening, Lesion. What Does It Mean?

what does all this mean the uterus demonstrates focal heterogeneous endometrial thickening and ejection of mildvascularity at the fundus measuring 3.0 cm. intra uterine mass lesion not excluded however pregnancy should be excluded clinically as missed abortion may produce a similar finding. thick wall irregular right overian systic lesion. small amount of flood in cul de sack.

Endometrial (lining of uterus) thickness of 3 cm is not normal. It could be due to

1.Missed or incomplete abortion
or
2. Endometrial polyp ( Polyp is abnormal thickening of endometrium which should be removed)
Thick walled irregular right ovarian cystic lesion could be a corpus luteal cyst ( cyct formed after ovulation) which is normal.
If information about your age, date of your last period and regularity of periods was available it would be useful to me.
Do a pregnancy test and consult your doctor.
