Using Petogen Injection, Having Brown Discharge, Bleeded After A Sexual Activity. What This Might Be?

I am a 20 year old girl and using petogen injection. I had my last injection during mid-july and only due in november. Last month i startd having discharge/periods that looks brown. Recently i bleeded after a sexual activity, i was wonder what this myt be?

The bleeding is seen sometimes due to declining level of hormone.
there is no cause for concern, if there is no associated symtoms of pain or fever.
If there is recurrent post coital bleeding, then get a Gynaecological assessment done.
