Using Eptoin. Now Using Reduced Dosage. Affected With Nervous Problem. Hands Shivering. Cure For Symptoms
sir my name is sai kumar I had been using eptoin 100 mg two times daily morning and night ( 1 + 2 ). doctor had reduced dosage for every six months and at last I had started using 25mg for every two days. after 2 weeks when am having this dosage again I had effected with nervous problem. so can you help m e out of it how I c an be get rid of it .

Dear Sai Kumar , You discription of disease is not adequate , because 'Nervous problem ' is a very general term.
Tab Eptoin is used for Fits ( Siezure disorder ). If you are not having fits since 5 yrs and if there is no further risk of fits ( Previous MRI is normal and EEG tests is normal ) your tablet can be safely tapered and stopped.
While you are reducing the dosage , you will not get any side effects of the medications. Your present symptoms ( Hand shivering when You get angry ) is more of Anxiety symptoms , and not related to medication. But you need different treatment for your anxiety problem. You have to consult a physician / psychiatrist.
