Hi, I have recently been experiencing several symptoms, most of which I think are the result of an over the counter medication I had been taking. I started using Asthmanefrin, an over the counter portable nebulizer, about 2 months ago and started coughing up bloody phlegm. Shortly after I began to experience a tingling sensation in my hands and feet, followed by heart palpitations. I am always feeling excessively fatigued, experience frequent headaches, forgetfulness and abdominal pain on my left lower side. I quit using the asthmanefrin about three weeks ago and I no longer cough up bloody phlegm. I have not experienced any heart palpitations in over a week but the other symptoms are still there. I am a 28 year old female. I had a chest x-ray and the results came back normal. I had to wear a holter monitor for 24 hours but have yet to hear the results. Do these symptoms sound like they could coincide with the medication I was taking or should I be more concerned?
