Used Tampon Fallen On The Floor. Possible To Contract Infection?

Hi, when I was in the toilet my tampon fell on the ground before I was about to use it. As it was my last one I made sure to wipe it with tissue before inserting it when picking it up off the floor to ensure no dirt was on it. Would it be possible to have contracted anything from the floor, there was no blood but there have been cases of people injecting up in the toilets here in the hospital. Thanks

Hi, as the toilet was clean, there may be no problem , but there is possibility of contacting the general bacterial infection.
Any how if you have any irritation, or pain immediately contact a doctor for treatment. Thank you.
