Use Of Duphaston, Ecosprin, Folvic During Pregnancy?

first time when I am pregnant because of bleeding my miscarriage happen I am pregnant again and my doctor prescribe me duphastron, ecosprin-75,folvic and one more medicine she is given me I am not remember its name (pregastrom) but it is used in vagina white color capsule but I am not aware about these medicine pl tell ne the each medicin use related in pregnancy?

Folic acid is a multivitamin type tablet
Ecosprin is for proper placental function.
It is routinely prescribed drug and is safe for both mother and baby.
