Use Clomid After Ovulation. On Duphaston. Why Pain?

Hi, My Gyneco made me a scan for the ovaries, she said both are ready to ovulate after using Clumid for the first time) , and now in the 12 th day of my period she prescribed Duphaston . I started taking it yesterday ( 12h after sexual intercourse). I have little obvious pain in ovaries and uterus like in the time of period. Is this pain normal? does it mean anything? how does Duphaston work?? I am grateful to u Dr.

this pain if bearable is normal...it can be a sign of implantation.(when embryo implants in uterus) and Duphaston is brand name of progesterone named dydrogesterone. Its function is to maintain uterus favourable for growth of embryo.....
