General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

There does appear to be a problem. Due to the color of the urine, there could possibly be a bleed somewhere. As your daughter is only 5 years old, any other normal cause for this, is ruled out.

The most common causes could be:
-Kidney stones
-Bladder infections
-Vigorous exercises
-Kidney infections
-Urinary tract infections (UTI)

Please consult a doctor at the earliest. Investigations should include physical examination, ultrasound and/or CT scans.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
