your report says you might have some pathology in your urinary tract as its not normal report.
finding rbcs might indicate small stone or related pathology.finding pus cell 2 to 3 may be normal.
lab report should always be correlated with your problem. if you have clinical symptom than you should follow what your doctor advise you based on futher history and clinical examination.
