, with low or absent White blood cells is of no clinical significance. Positive leucocytes are important in the diagnosis of a urinary tract infection
usually when leucocytes are positive and nitrites are positive. A positive leucocyte and positive nitrites are diagnostic of a urinary tract infection. In this case, nitrites are negative and White blood cells on a urine cytological examination are almost absent.
I would suggest you remain calm and feel good for there is no problem with this urine test.
