General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
However there are many possibilities in this type of pain, but in your case there might be,
1. Appendicitis ( there is vomiting, fever, and typical pain on one point.)
2. Renal stone ( calculus) most probably as pain on both side front and back. As you are feeling thirsty so frequency of urine may be there.
3. Amoebic colitis may be there.
So please get in an U/S of whole abdomen with emphasis over renal area, blood examination, urine examination, stool examination.
Consult a physician as physical examination is very important in this case.
Good luck Dr. HET
