dear dr, i am deepak age 28 1 i have done musterbate since 15 years. 2. my penis is 2 Long 3. when i have seen any hot photoes then white drop comes. 4. sex time 10 Sec& 3 -4 strokes after hormones come out. 5. urine is more time 6. sperm count 15% dr. i am getting marrege in nov so i am affraid that how to satisfaction my wife please save me sir i will be greatful whole life

Just check your urine ? it has any wbc or red cells present? if yes then consult a doctor he will prescribe you medicine for infection.
If your urine test shows no presence of pus cells then your symptoms should be considered as due to depression.
Masturbation if done for long time does not cause any damage to body or sex life.
Long penis is anatomical & nothing to worry for it.
Sex is in our mind so when you involve it in sexual visuals you get a discharge it is a common thing.
Your urine frequency may be due to infection so check your urine.
