Urine Analysis Shows Albumin Traces, Pus Cells, Epithelial Cells, Leg Swelling, Swollen Eyelids. Precautions?

Urine sample shows albumin trace, Pus cells ( Leucocytes ) is (4-8), Epithelial cells (few) during 35th week of pregnancy. Serum creatinine 0.89 mg/dl and blood pressure 130/80. Swelling in the legs (calf/ankles/feet). Face & eye lids are swollen after waking up in the morning & then comes to normal. What precautions & treatment should be taken?

Hi

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
He renal function is normal, but it looks like she has developed infection in the urine.
She need urine culture test and antibiotics if needed.
Limb swelling can be due to vascular compression during pregnancy.

Facial swelling needs urgent consultation.
