Hi dear Bushan bleeding through penis and clots with urination called as haematuria, along with urge to pass urine again and again called as frequency of micturation ,and burning sensation all over abdomen called as dyuria, all these are symptoms of urinary tract infection, most probably cystitis that is infection of urinary bladder.what could be cause this cystitis since your passing so much of blood and clots with urine, it strongly suggesst the possibility of bladder stone ,since you are not complaining of pain in loin or colicky pain in flanks.chances that your having stone in kidney (nephrolithesis )or stone in ureter are is best for you to get your self investigated in the form of urine examination ,ultrasound ,abdomen ,especially kidney and urinary bladder and finally X Ray abdomen called as KUB.mean while you caan take a course of anti biotic in the form of leofloxcin and some urinary alkalizer to get relief from the symptoms.once the diagnosis is made definite treatment can be directed to the cause, for which you can again VISIT HEALTHCARE MAGIC
