Dear friend, welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.
It shows a turbid sample with epithelial and pus cells and some protein.
It could be an improperly collected sample with false impression of UTI (Urinary Tract infection).
If the sample is a proper clean catch mid-stream urine and shows 50 pus cells per HPF, it indicates infection (UTI).

White cells are the same as leucocytes, but are reported different and there are pus cells (which are white blood cells)—it is confusing.

Please talk to your doctor and repeat a properly collected sample.

I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
Good Luck!
