Urge To Urinate Frequently, Tingling Fingers. Need To Worry?

Last night I started getting an urge to urinate frequently but could not when attempted most of the time. When I could urinate, my fingers got a strong tingling sensation almost to the point I would call it painful. Sometimes I get a blocked feeling when trying to urinate. It has continued all day today. Is this something I should see a physician about or nothing to worry about.

Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection which requires a course of antibiotic.Ideally urine routine and culture test should be performed and then antibiotic started after the report, however your physician may start a routine urinary antibiotic and then can subsequently change the antibiotic according to the culture report.
Thanks
