Urge To Pass Stools, Stomach Ache After Eating. Solution?

Recently, I ve had a sudden change in my bowel schedule. For the past 3 days I ve noticed that I ll get hungry as I normally do but after I eat I get a very bad stomach ache and have to run to the restroom. After I poop I m fine but as soon as I eat again I have to go. I m not sure why this is happening all of a sudden but I would like an easy solution to stop this from happening.
