Upper Lip Bruised, Headache, Seeing Aura, Jumping Vision, Tingling Limbs
I have a strange purplish bruise on my upper lip , just happened today for no apparent reason. It has happened a time.or two before for no known reason. I did have a weird aura like episode, jagged and jumping in my field.of vision for about 20 minutes last last night and have had a headache most of the day. Advil helped, but head feels strange. Also some tingling sensations have been occurring in legs and arms. Am I neurologically breaking down??

Based on the description, the most likely diagnosis seems to be migraine with visual aura.
The bruise can not be explained, however, could be related to mild trauma.
You should be on preventive migraine medications such as beta blockers, divalproex, or topiramate.
For relief of headache, you may take rizatriptan tablets.
