Upper Chest Pain Radiates To Back Of Jaws And Under Arm, Difficulty In Breathing, Heartburn. Acid Indigestion?

I had a very sharp pain in the middle of my upper chest that immediately radiated to the back of both jaws and my left under arm. It lasted about 15 seconds but it hurt so much I couldn't breathe. Could this be related to acid indigestion? I had experienced a lot of heartburn in the past few weeks before this happened.

Hi,
This could be heartburn and if it happens again you could try an antacid. However, if you get repeated attacks, I would advise a visit to your doctor and an EKG to rule out a problem with your heart.
