HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy can occur as a result of unprotected sex at any time of the menstrual cycle but is more likely to occur mid cycle. This is 10 to 14 days after the onset of the bleeding.
You can buy an over the counter early detection pregnancy test in a few days to determine whether you are pregnant.

In addition to the risk of bleeding there is a risk of sexually transmitted infections. The most common STI are chlamydia (affects future fertility), gonorrhoea, syphilis, trichomonas and HIV.
If you are going to continue sexual activity you need to consider using barrier protection which would protect you from pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.
It would be best to at least speak to an adult because if you need any treatment, you would their assistance.
