Unprotected sex on ovulation days. Stopped birth control, sore nipples. Chances of pregnancy?

I went off birthcontrol for 4months and been having unprotected sex. I also went to a website that showed ovulation dates and I had sex during some of the fertile days. I did start taking my birthcontrol this month after my period. Just worried if I could be preggo. What are the 1st signs and how soon can they start happening? I know my nipples are sore and sensitive but I thought that might be from just going back on birthcontrol. Help me !!!

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

Your question is what are the initial signs of pregnancy. They might include:

1. A lighter than expected period and mild cramping - sometimes confused for a normal period (4 weeks from last period)
2. Breast tenderness, bloating, fatigue
3. Nausea (by about 6 weeks from last period)

The sore nipples I would not necessarily attribute to the pills. Take a home pregnancy now and repeat in one week. I hope you are satisfied with this answer. If you need more details, please choose the Premium Service. Good luck!
