Unprotected sex, lump under penis head, swelling, effects pleasure during sex. Cure?

Hi i had sex with a girl after i noticed a lump on my right side off my penis under the head this was some time ago, since this lump has goton bigger under and around middle & left side, sometimes i can feel it when having sex or masterbating its not painful but it affects the plesser of the of sex or masterbating please can you help?

Thanks for your query.Based on the fact you have stated it appears that you have developed a lump on under surface of glans on Rt side This is most likely a what ia called as partial Paraphimosis which contains clear fluid and is now increasing in size by spreading in the middle and left side.This need s to be confirmed by clinical examination by a surgeon. If confirmed it can be subsided by injecting a Hyluranidase(Hylase) mixed in saline.Please continue to take antibiotics like Doxycycline and anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac twice daily.Please get the prescription of these drugs from your family physician.
