Unexplained Bruise On The Thigh And Arms. No Pain. Concerned

well, last night I took a shower to warm up and when I got out I noticed that it looked like someone had taken a honeycomb and bruised my thighs with it. After a few minutes, the pattern faded. But today my arms have that pattern, very faintly, in red, and in varying sizes. Should I be concerned? I don't have any pain with this discoloration and they aren't actually bruises.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare Magic
It appears like you are having Erythema ab igne. You are taking bath in really hot water i guess. It is better to avoid such hot baths. That is the treatment for it. It will fade off once you stop the practice. If the exposure is chronic the pattern might become permanent.
hope this helped
take care
