Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your history, you are having Hypothyroidism and Diabetes type II along with overweight. You should take care of diet 25 Kcal/kg body weight, please start exercise if you are not already doing brisk walk. please monitor your fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar and once in three months HBA1c. Weight gain is part of metabolic syndrome with insulin resistance and require continuous care of diet and exercise. With above measures your weight can be reduced and have normal values of TSH and blood sugar level. Take care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
