You need to be aware of complications after hernia surgery which includes excessive bleeding after surgery but it is very rare. But when found need an immediate attention and even blood transfusion is also done. I think this happened due to the age factor and some bleeding disorder problems. Due to heavy bleeding patient may go to hypovolemic shock and death. So this is the thing happened and we cant change some situations as no one are responsible for this. Hope this answers your query.
