Thank you for choosing HCM.
See you do not need to go to the gym to gain weight or muscle. You do simple but very effective exercises such as push ups , pull ups, dips, free squats etc, these are movements which help put on mass in a beginner. You do these workouts twice or thrice a week.
Next comes diet which is a very important aspect of gaining weight.Follow these tips :
1.Eat high protein diet ( chicken , fish , eggs etc)
2.Sleep for 6-8 hours a day
3.Avoid alcohol
4.Take protein shakes preferrably a whey protein
5.Eat your meals on time
6.Drink plenty of water
Its easy to gain weight all it takes is a little bit of hardwork and determination.Follow this regimen for a month or so and should see an increase in your bodyweight , provided you follow the regimen consistently.
Thank you and take care.
