Undergone ECG And TMT Tests. TMT Is Negative. Blood Urine And Echo Are Normal. How Can I Improve My Health?

Hi Doctor my age is 40years and recently i have undergone for ECG and TMT tests. In ECG report it was mentioned as SR Recorded by LAT leads (No fresh changes). they have referred my previous ECG reports as well. TMT is Negative at 15metrs. Pls. explain me is it a significant issue, but,my cardiologist doestn t prescribe any medicine for me. Apart from that all the other test i.e.Blood, Urine and 2D Echo are quite normal. Pls. suggest me how can i improve my health. regards Vijay

Dear patient,

The best ways to improve your cardiovascular health:

1) Eat a balanced diet low in salt, rich in fruits and vegetables and low in saturated fats

2) Exercise aerobically at least a minimum of 150 minutes per week.

3) Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol, check for diabetes

4) Good management of stress and relaxation techniques.
