Undergoing Training For Body & Cardio. Feel Pain On The Breast. Normal & Healthy. Suggestions?
Hello, i've just started a new training programme and on my upper body and cardio. after a bit of cardio workout i felt a bt of pain on top of my left breast, it seems to be muscular but i got a bit worried and stopped. I am a healthy female of 28 with a normally lowerish blood pressure (112/69) and a healthy heart rate. What can t be?

hi.. you are undergoing training for upper body and cardio exercises. when you concentrate on upper body during workups.. you will have pain in the initial period. take analgesics multivitamins and well balanced diet. get training from the proper instructer, that is more important to aviod severe ware and tear. all the best.
