Hello,
You had a SYNCOPE attack.
SYNCOPE is characterised by momentary loss of consciousness and person becomes all right within few seconds.
Many a times SYNCOPE attack is associated with vomiting also.
Triggers of SYNCOPE can be seeing blood, standing for longtime, being in crowded area etc.
Your vagus nerve gets stimulated resulting in low blood pressure which in turn causes low blood supply to brain which leads to temporary unconsciousness.
Once you lie down for few seconds, your blood pressure is restored and you get all right.
Although there is nothing to worry for tjis but you should consult a doctor to rule out any seizures or any other brain pathology or any metabolic reason.
Thanks
