Unable To Walk Properly, Pain In Left Hip. X-ray Normal, Diagnosed As Nerve Compression. Treatment?

hello dr I am 40 years old lady , past few 4 months I am unable to walk properly , left leg sp , left hip also have little pain , it was noticed after few days when I was slipped . all x rays are normal , physiotherapist told me its nerve compression , Will it be ok ? how much time it will take , my dr is tellin it will go with time , Can i do some massage ?pl guide.

Thanks for query.
As all x rays are normal nothing to worry.
Physiotherapy will be the best for your present problem.
Go for physiotherapy regularly as advised by your physiotherapist.
You can massage on the affected limb.
Take some branded Calcium tablet containing vitamin D.
