Unable To Walk, Loss Of Balance, Tingling In Legs. MRI Shows Cauda Equina Fibrolioma. Treatment?

Hello i have cauda equina fibrolioma with mild hyperiordosis, L3-4, L4-5,L5-S1 ,impingement of the nerve root . Im in serve pain. Where i can hardly walk now which is with a limp. Cant slee or sit very long at all when i get up been losing my balance alot lately. Tingling in my legs shootin pain down my leg numbness in my butt cheeks.

It looks to me that you need to show it to a neurosurgeon as soon as possible. It may need a urgent surgical intervention. And also you have to get it fast as if there is any permanent damage to nerves then it can not be reversed.
