hii i want to ask that i m 20 year old i want to wake up early but i can, because in morning some expanding and contracting like happening in my brain please give the reason and how to stop this .urgent,

Hi well come to HCM.
It may be due to insufficient sleep if gone to sleep late night.Go to bad early and
take sufficient sleep of minimum 7to 8 hrs may help you thanks.
