I think we are looking at a severe muscle strain
here. This could be associated with a torn ligament or maybe a hairline fracture
as well. For this, you can take Tablet Motrin
1 tablet daily ( upto 2 tablets a day). Also, apply hot compresses to your leg and thigh. It would definitely take some time to heal. Please do not do any unusual splits or stretched till then.
I would also suggest you see a physician. A detailed examination will tell us how severe the problem is.
