Unable To Stand Erect, Dragging Leg. Have Ulcers, Undergoing Orthopedic Treatment

my mother is suffering from nerve strain in both the leg particularly near thigh region. she is a ulser patient. she was under treatment for 7 years with orthopedic doctor . presently she is unable to stand erect and walk somehow forcefully she is dragging her leg. kindly recommend medicine on urgent basis and suggest rheumatologist for consultation. presently residing at jharsuguda (orissa) state.
