Unable To Lose Weight. Tried Weight Loss Pills, Acai Berry, Ayurveda, No Relief. Suggestions?

I am an Unmarried girl from XXXXX.I am 22 yrs old and my body weight is 146 lbs with 5 3 height. I do exercise daily. even i do not eat junk foods.i have tried weight loss pill acai berry,orlistat or ayurvedic pills with exercise.but nothing worked on me an inch.My body is very strong from inside as well as from outside. pls suggest me the right way. I am very depressed pls suggest me some good weight loss pill for me. i really need it. Thanks & Regards

Hi aarti..I would suggest you to change your exercise regime.. . try doing functional training and circuit training....get your blood checkup done for thyroid, vitamin D3 and B12... eat small meals every 2-3 hours...avoid milk and wheat....as some people don't lose weight due to milk and wheat...have oats upmarket, idli ,ragi pancakes for breakfast, fruits and nuts for mid meals, salads with lunch and dinner...sprouts or egg whites as evening snacks...avoid carbs for dinner...have soups, salads and 'veggies, chicken, fish..you can have optisulin post lunch and dinner... drink plenty water... rest well..

hi,

your ideal weight should be around 53-55kg,you need to lose around 20kg kindly do not take pills for losing weight.what i suggest is you make a proper diet chart which you can follow,and also exercise plan, stick to jogging ,aerobic ,etc that will increase you bmr.
