Hello
Thank you for your query.
Firstly , you are 25 and married for only 4 months, so please do not panic.
Time is not running away, stress will only negatively impact all aspects of your fertility.
Firstly, maintain a healthy BMI, continue to exercise regularly and eat healthy.
Since your periods are irregular, you cannot rely on predicting ovulation, so be sexually active throughout your cycle. ( alternate day )
Consult a good gynecologist for knowing the cause of your irregular cycles.
It could range from stress, anxiety, weight loss or gain, polycystic ovaries, hormonal imbalance, drugs or medications, thyroid disorders etc.
IF you fail to conceive after trying naturally for a year, then investigate further in the form of semen analysis of your partner, and patency of your fallopian tubes, plus documenting your ovulation by follicular monitoring.
Meanwhile, enjoy your married life, and reduce stress levels .
Adapt to your new life and new partner, and do not be obsessed with having a baby.
Take care.
