Unable To Get Full Erection With The Partner, Get Erection At My Fantasy. Am I Impotent ?
Hi Dr. I am 30 years old and suppose to going through from Erection Disorder. I get erection at my fantasy, early morning and when I try to satisfied with myself. but with partner, I am not able to get full erection. I have feel low at the time of intercourse. I need to know that Am I Impotent ? or what is natural way to come out of this? Thanks.

Thanks for your query.You are getting normal erection at fantasy but not with your partner.First of all you have to come out of your thought that you are impotent.Impotent is a person who does not get erection at all, not even during sleep.This is all psychological problem You have to discus it with your wife and take her help.Both of you should get engaged in arousal for a long time This will help you in getting a good erection .
