im 36. 6ft 2in and weigh 212. i have 3 kids and a wife. i workout 5x a wk. lifting heavy weights for a good 4months ive been trying to gain muscle mass but it almost seems hopeless. im not seeing results. i do take subutex 12mg a day - can this be the reasoning for not gaining muscle. i just started increasing my overall calorie/ protein intake.
