Unable To Empty Bladder Even After Taking Medication. Constant Stomach And Thigh Pain While Urinating

could you tell me if I should seek urgent care, I have a problem with urinating I take 2 different meds, but still can not empty bladder. And in last week or so I have constant pain in lower left side of stomach, along with pain in right thigh and right femer when urinating.

You havent mentioned your sex & age.
Usually in males, after age of 65 years, prostatic enlargement is the most common cause of obstruction to urine outflow, causing incomplete emptying of bladder.
This can also be due to neurogenic bladder, for which history of trauma to or any operative procedure on spine is important.
Pain in thigh seems to be unrelated to urinary complaints.
Also for abdominal pain, clinical examination is must.
