my problem... Im getting sex mood daily.. i will control it some times.. but cant all time.. mastrubating weekly thrice... now got a skin problem in that place .. itching , and which formed like a ring ring shapes which becoming big for every mastrubating eventhough i cant control my feeling... age : 21... plz send ur responce to YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for youer query.You are 21 years old and unable to control urge for sex.This is not uncommon at this age .But you have to control your urge by getting engaged yourself in some activities like sports,reading,study or listening to music.so that you do not land in a problem of getting Psychological problem called as Sex Mania.
Please take moderate exercise for 1 hr with meditation for 1/2 hr everyday.
Take high protein ,fat free diet rich in vegetables and fruits
Avoid watching porn videos ,or reading sex stimulating books.
All this can be controlled if you allay your anxiety and concentrate your mind in studies.Hope this will help you.There is no medicine that can cure you You have to be your own Doctor.
