Unable to concentrate, afraid of losing book, feeling the need to meet someone. Want to know your opinion

I FEEL SOMETIMES THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON MY WORK DUE TO SOMETHINGS THAT ARE A LEAST MATTER TO ANYONE LIKE WHEN I TRY TO STUDY A BOOK I FEEL THAT IF I LOSE THE BOOK AGAIN THEN HOW CAN I REMEMBER AND OTHER IS LIKE WHEN I AM DOING SOME WROK I FEEL THAT I HAVE TO MEET SOMEONE I GAVE HOM TIME LIKE THAT ITS SOUNDS WEIRD BUT I MYSELF BEING A DOCTOR NOT ABLE TO SORT IT OUT , SO WILL BE HAPPY TO KNOW YOUR OPINION,

1)Obsessive compulsive disorder
2)Depression

Hello,
welcome to HCM,
Your problem is related to irresolution and difficulty in concentration. You have a lots of thoughts but they are not channelized and due to lack of proper equilibrium of thought you are facing this problem.
In this type of problem usually meditation and yoga helps a lot. Mostly it is secondary to some mental or emotional stress related to family, business or personal disputes. In these cases homeopathic treatment is sure solution. Homeopathic medicine id decided after detail history of mental and physical sphere and proper analysis of it.
So do meditation and yoga. If needed take homeopathic treatment.
