Unable to achieve erection, loss of erection during intercourse. History of premature ejaculation. Suggestions?

im married for 15 yrs. while in the initial days of married life i used to have premature ejaculation , in later part after a couple of days it was decent enough. but off late im experiencing idont get erection enough and it doesnt saty very long rather it doesnt stay for more than few second once it goes inside. could u tell me the cause and suggested remedy

Hi Victor,
You are suffering from erectile dysfunction.
There are several causes/reasons for that. Some of these are -
1. Stress and anxiety
2. fear
3. Diabetes
4. Hypertension
5. Use of medicines for hypertension
6. Alcoholism etc.
Find yourself that which of these causes fit in your case.
If it is stress/anxiety or any sort of fear, its better to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist because a good and multiple-session counselling may work wonders.
