According to your scan reports you are having multiple fibroids in the uterus in different locations. That may be the reason for the globular shape of the uterus. This is not a dangerous condition. But if you are having symptoms due to the presence of fibroids, you have to get treated for it. The options of treatment depends on your age, parity etc. So by discussing all these points with your doctor you can proceed for further treatment.
