Ultrasound Shows Unremarkable Study. Have Pelvic Pain And Irregular Menses. Help

Ultrasound of the pelvis-Trandsabdominal and Transvaginal .........Reasons for exam: Pelvic pain ,Irregular menses..Findings:The uterus is 8.6 x 3.9 x 5.0 cm. The left ovary is 3.4 x 2.8 x 2.3 cm..Multiple bilateral follicles are noted.. No free fluid or adnexal mass is seen. Transabomainal and transvaginal probes were used.. IMPRESSION: Unremarkable study.
