Ultrasound Shows Thick Walled Ovarian Cyst. Normal?

FINDINGS of my ultrasound report:

Ultrasound Pelvis:

URINARY BLADDER: Normal.

UTERUS:
- anteverted
- normal shape and echopattern
- size: 8.4 x 3.5 x 4.5 cm
- ET = 6.8 mm

RIGHT OVARY SIZE: 4 x 2.4 cm. 2.7 x 2 cm thick walled cyst, likely functional.
LEFT OVARY SIZE: 3 x 1.5 cm, Normal. .

FREE FLUID: nil

kindly tell if everything is normal

thank you for your query.

the uterus and urinary bladder and left ovary are normal.

the right ovary shows a fluid filled cyst.and it may be secreting hormones(hence its functional)
