Respected sir /miss :- my mother is 50 year old monthly period is fully close but before some days my mother had medical checkup in ultra sound report is A HYPOECHOICLESION MEASURE 8X8 MMIS SEEN IN ANTERIOR MYOMETRIUMOF UTERUS LIKELY TO BE SMALL FIBROID AND A NEBOTHIAN FOLLICLE IN CERVIX . OTHER ORGANS APPEAR SONOGRAPHICALLY NORMAL It is normal problems or ti is sing of danger plz help me

since ultrasound wise small lesion need not to worry,also in menopausal state so not to worry at all.
