My wife recently got her 36th week ultrasound (doppler) on August 10, 2013, wherein it was identified that her right uterine artery showing high resistance flow with early diastolic notching. Further, the weeks as per LMP is 36 weeks and 1 day and the growth of the baby was noted as 34 weeks and 5 days.
Our doctor adviced for an early delivery by next week stating all vital signs are good. Further, the baby's head has not reached the pelvis.
Please advice, what should be the right course as we wish to have a normal delivery. Can there be any food suppliments which could improve the report findings?
